We respond to emails within 72 hours or less.

 

To place an order, you'll need to set up a meeting by videoconference with a consultant so we can see if we can help you with your dome project. Once the offer of service has been accepted, we ask for a 50% deposit to formalize your pre-order and finalize your transaction.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

 

The 50% deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 2 days of purchase.

In the event of cancellation of the pre-order, 20% of the total deposit will be retained.

 

If the project is changed and the contract is not respected in its entirety, a fee of 20% will be applied to the missing part of the order.

 

We do not apply price adjustments following a validated promotional purchase. (example: if an item is purchased before a promotion, % discount, we do not apply any adjustment between the original price and the discounted price).

 

VALIDATION OF YOUR ORDER

 

Before placing your order, you declare that you have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Validation of your pre-order implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of sale posted on the www.cocodome.ca website.

 

PRICING POLICY

 

Our products are quoted in Canadian dollars CAD, excluding taxes and shipping. Taxes are calculated during the checkout process. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
